Whether you're considering a monthly candle subscription with us or already have one, here are some easy FAQ's to help with any queries you might have about managing your subscription. 

How much does a subscription cost? 
Subscriptions are the most affordable way to enjoy our candles and wax melts. Starting at just £9.99 and varying depending on your choice of wax melt bars, medium sized candle or large candle. Our candles are generous sizes too with approx. 30 hours and 50 hours burn time depending on size! 

When will I receive my subscription?
Unlike other companies, we send our subscriptions out based on your order date and your candle will be with you within a few days and your following deliveries will be on the same date each month after that. 

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes. Once you've signed up you will get access to your own customer portal where you can manage your subscription easily online. Just log in with the details from your order confirmation email and you will be able to cancel, pause & resume, skip a month, add or remove products and much more. We want your experience with The Wild Botanist to be calming and enjoyable and so we've made our monthly candle subscriptions easy to manage. And if you have any queries at all, our friendly team is available by email or livechat and will be happy to help. 

Can I pause my subscription and resume again?
Yes. You can take a break and resume at anytime and manage this in your customer portal. 

Can I skip a month?
Yes. If you'd like to skip a month, you can edit your next order date in your customer portal and we'll hold off till the next month for you. Orders are automatically renewed on the 1st of each month so as long as your subscription is paused or skipped before the start of a new month that will take effect immediately for you. 

When will I receive my delivery?
All subscription boxes are dispatched on the same day, the 15th of each month. If your sign up date is after the 15th, your delivery will automatically be included in the next dispatch but don't worry, you won't get charged again till the following month.  Payments are automatically taken on the 1st day of each month. 

Can I add other products into my delivery?
Yes. You can add more items to your regular subscription or include one off purchases also! This can easily be managed in your customer portal at anytime. 

What products will I receive? 
That's a surprise! We don't reveal the particular scent going out each month however we are sure you will love it! Subscriptions are from our ranges available on the website and from time to time we also release special subscriber only or limited edition scents too!

Depending on the type of subscription you've signed up to, you will receive either two large soy wax melt bars, a medium sized soy scented candle (30 hour burn time) or a large soy scented candle (50 hour burn time)

How does payment work? 
When you first register, a payment will be taken for your first monthly subscription. After that, a recurring payment will be taken on the 1st day of each new month.
